Registration fees (inclusive gst)

- Partners registration fee – including the keynotes and dinner $770

If for reasons beyond the control of ISNZ and the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the forum. ISNZ and the administrators are in no way responsible for any claim concerning insurance. The Organising Committee, ISNZ, Grand Millennium Hotel and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the forum, whatever the cause. Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the delegate.

We have secured accommodation at the Grand Millennium, our conference venue, in conjunction with conference. It is necessary to book accommodation via The Conference Team to obtain this rate and prepayment of one night is required.

Rate: $220 per night (room only basis)
All rooms are tastefully furnished and include the amenities expected with a four star hotel

The airport is a 50-minute drive to the central city. A taxi fare is approximately $100 one way and a shuttle bus NZ$34 or bus $18. Book taxis online via Air New Zealand website and save.
All insurance is the responsibility of the registrants. Independent Schools New Zealand, The Conference Team and Grand Millennium Hotel accept no liability for death or illness or injury / accident to or financial loss by any person attending the conference, whatever the cause. Registration of the delegate will indicate acceptance of these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to The Conference Team. If, following your registration, you are unable to attend please notify the organiser as soon as possible to arrange a transfer of registration or a partial refund. Notification received by 5 April will incur a NZ$100 administration fee. For cancellations notified after 5 April 2017, refunds will be made at the discretion of the organising committee and paid at the conclusion of the conference. There will be no refunds made for late arrival or early departure from the conference.
