Diocesan School for Girls, Thursday 16th May, 3.45pm-5.45pm.
The workshop is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience with the complete STEAM Robotic solution, FlipRobot. During the 2 hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical expertise in coding, both in physical coding as well as Blockly/Duino, as well as being able to build ideas and strategies on how to implement robotics and STEAM in your classroom, and across your school.
With a combined curriculum (mapped to the NZ Curriculum), hardware, cloud based programming, professional development and support, FlipRobot is ready to be implemented within visionary New Zealand schools.
Whether you are looking to prepare for the new digital technologies curriculum or are keen to meet like-minded teachers implementing robotics and 21st Century Skills, the workshop promises to be fun, hands on and engaging.
If you wish to attend, RSVP to Jen Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org, and she will let you know what you’ll need to bring to get the most out of this free opportunity.
