ISNZ Member Schools triumph at the Canterbury Rowing Championships
Four of our Member Schools put in outstanding performances at the Canterbury Rowing Championships on Lake Ruataniwha in Twizel this month.
More than 900 competitors from 28 clubs and schools in Canterbury competed.
It was a successful outing for Rangi Ruru Girls’ School, who won six golds, with two of those coming in the women’s novice eights and intermediate eights, two silver and three bronze medals.
St Margaret’s College were close behind, winning five golds and four silvers.
Christ’s College won three gold, two silver and three bronze medals, and St Andrew’s College achieved seven silver and two bronze.
