Speaker profile - Ashley Siddall, Senior Consultant, Gallup
Ashley Siddall, Senior Consultant, applies Gallup’s science to help organisations improve their business outcomes. As an expert in talent-based selection, strengths-based development, employee engagement and organisational identity, she is responsible for Gallup’s partnerships with clients in New Zealand. Ashley consults with organisations to enhance productivity, profitability and employee brand through a focus on improving employee engagement.
Before moving to the U.S. to complete her MBA, Ashley worked in New Zealand as an equity analyst, covering a range of Australasian companies. After receiving her MBA, Ashley worked for Gallup in Chicago and in Irvine, California; she is now based in Auckland.
Ashley received an undergraduate BA/Bcom conjoint degrees in economics and finance from the University of Auckland. She received an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
