Ministry of Education Wellbeing Webinar series

The Ministry of Education is working on a series of online ‘webinars’  to discuss the issues that matter to educators and whānau in the COVID-19 environment, with a focus on wellbeing and going back to school (or early learning services). 

Over 900 teachers and others joined a webinar today to hear Professor Stuart McNaughton and his panel talk about diverse perspectives of hauora and wellbeing. If you missed it, you can watch the webinar at over the next few days, and it will then be published to for future reference.
There will be a suite of webinars each week, with the next topics focused on teacher wellbeing; child and whānau wellbeing during transitions back to early learning services; supporting whānau and children with learning support needs to return to school/study at home; and more. Details on times and dates for the next webinars will be confirmed this week.
