Accounting and Business Awareness Teacher

We are looking for a teacher to join our kura in a full-time, permanent term role. You will be starting in January 2025. You will be teaching a combination of junior Business Awareness and senior Accounting. This includes the possibility of x 1 hour for responsibility for Accounting for the right candidate.

You will be:

• Committed to honouring Te Tiriti and embedding Mātauranga Māori into your Accounting/Business Awareness learning environment

• A teacher who has high expectations of teaching and learning

• Committed to embedding literacy practices into learning opportunities to aid Accounting/Business Awareness understanding

• Adept at designing and executing differentiated learning in the Accounting/Business Awareness curriculum

• Confident using technologies to enhance learning experiences

• Conscientious towards student wellbeing

• A teacher with strong organisational skills

• Aligned with our values of Respect, Aroha, Endeavour and Enthusiasm, Generosity and Integrity
