IBDP Coordinator

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee and support the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme in a supportive, well-resourced, and future-focused environment — where ideas are valued, student wellbeing is prioritised, and excellence is a shared goal.  There is 1 Management Unit associated with this role.

Mō te tūranga: About the role
• Oversee the implementation and administration of the IB programme (Years 11–13)
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with IB standards and expectations
• Support and guide teachers in planning, assessment, and reporting for the IB
• Assist students in understanding and meeting IB programme requirements
• Monitor student progress and provide advice and pastoral support as required
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for continuous programme improvement.  This role comes with 1 Management Unit.

• Experience with the IB programme (Diploma Programme preferred; support and training available for those new to IB)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
