We are seeking an inspiring and committed IBDP Coordinator to join our exceptional teaching team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee and support the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme in a supportive, well-resourced, and future-focused environment — where ideas are valued, student wellbeing is prioritised, and excellence is a shared goal. There is 1 Management Unit associated with this role.
Mō te tūranga: About the role
• Oversee the implementation and administration of the IB programme (Years 11–13)
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with IB standards and expectations
• Support and guide teachers in planning, assessment, and reporting for the IB
• Assist students in understanding and meeting IB programme requirements
• Monitor student progress and provide advice and pastoral support as required
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for continuous programme improvement. This role comes with 1 Management Unit.

• Experience with the IB programme (Diploma Programme preferred; support and training available for those new to IB)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
