International Admissions & Student Recruitment Officer

Green School New Zealand is seeking a warm, organised, and mission-aligned International Admissions & Student Recruitment Officer to join our team on a full-time fixed-term basis.

As the first point of contact for many prospective families worldwide, this role is essential in creating positive and authentic experiences that reflect the Green School mission and values.

Position Details

- Full-time, Fixed-Term (1 year)

- Hybrid role (campus and work from home)

- Based at 406 Koru Road, Taranaki

- 40 hours per week with some flexibility required

- Reporting to the Head of Campus

Key Responsibilities

- Guide families through the enrolment process from enquiry to enrolment

- Manage applications and communications through Open Apply

- Conduct enrolment conversations, campus visits, and recruitment events

- Build strong relationships with prospective families locally and internationally

- Support enrolment targets and onboarding experiences

- Collaborate with school leadership, finance, and admissions teams

About You

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience in admissions, customer service, recruitment, or education

- Confident presenting and hosting events

- Highly organised with strong administration skills

- Experience with CRM systems preferred

- Understanding of international enrolment processes advantageous

- Awareness of Te Ao Māori perspectives valued
