Job Description

In this role, you will play an important coordination and delivery support function across the School’s marketing and communications activities. You will help ensure work is well-organised, consistent, and delivered to a high standard.


You will:
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications across digital and print channels
• Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media, website, and publications
• Assist in maintaining and updating the School’s digital platforms and content
• Provide coordination support for key School events (e.g. Open Days), including logistics and promotional activity
• Work with staff across the School to gather stories and content that showcase student life
• Liaise with external providers such as photographers and designers to support delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with tracking engagement and compiling basic reporting on campaign performance

• Marketing degree
• Up to 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using digital platforms and content management systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
• A proactive and reliable approach with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a diverse school community
