About the Role
As Campus Principal, you will provide visible, hands-on leadership and oversee the day-to-day management and professional direction of the campuses. You will lead delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through OneSchool Global’s self-directed learning model, ensure high standards of pastoral care, and cultivate a positive school culture aligned with our values and principles. Key responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community, providing instructional leadership from Years 3 to 13
• Managing campus operations, budgets, and compliance with NZ curriculum requirements
• Creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive, with a strong focus on achievement, engagement, and wellbeing

About You

• You are a confident, values-driven leader experienced as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.
• You have a proven ability to lift academic outcomes, support student wellbeing, and cultivate a positive school culture.
• You thrive in a small-school environment while leveraging the strength of a large global network.
• Passionate about innovative education, you embrace continuous improvement, feedback, and a growth mindset.
