What does leadership look like at OneSchool?

We are seeking a strong educational leader with a background in either primary or secondary, leading our Year 3-13 Wellington campus. This is a pivotal leadership role within our organisation driving strong academic outcomes and building a high-performing culture. Our Wellington campus currently has 32 primary students, 40 secondary students.

As campus principal, you will provide visible, hands-on leadership, drive student achievement and wellbeing, lead and develop staff, oversee campus operations, and foster a positive culture aligned with OneSchool Global' s values. You will lead the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through our innovative self-directed learning model and build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has recent leadership experience as a principal, deputy principal, or assistant principal in a New Zealand school.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to lift student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.
- Is a confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Brings a growth mindset, strong values, and a passion for innovative education.
