Syndicate Leader

About the Role:
• Lead one of our Syndicates – either our Year 5/6 Syndicate or Year 7/8 Syndicate
• Teach in one of our well-resourced classrooms
• Be committed to developing and maintaining positive relationships with ākonga, whānau and our community

Skills and Experience:
• Successful school leadership experience
• Be a team player who works collaboratively for best learning outcomes of students
• Be exceptionally organised, plans ahead and can delegate tasks appropriately
• A commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive practices
• A willingness to dive into the extra-curricular life of the school
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow alongside a supportive, forward-thinking team
• Support the Senior Leadership Team and school wide strategic goals
• Hold a current New Zealand Teacher Registration, and if applicable a current visa
