Conference Connections: Our Valued Sponsors Engage

Sponsors play a vital role in the success of the ISNZ Conference, and this year sponsors had ample opportunity to connect with all 157 delegates in the Exhibition Zone at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre. Platinum sponsors Aon and Ovation Hospitality Services were prominently positioned with double booths flanking the entrances for maximum visibility, while Gold sponsors Cyclone, Datacom, Education Perfect, Fujifilm Business Innovation and Tour Time were well positioned to attract foot traffic.

The Exhibition Zone served at the venue for morning tea and lunch, encouraging delegates to make the most of their time by visiting each stand and learning more about the valuable support sponsors offer to schools. The coffee cart, sponsored by Quadrent, proved especially popular—particularly in the mornings! Meanwhile, sponsors such as Educate Plus, Hutton Consulting, imageseven, Simpson Grierson, and Warren and Mahoney opted for a more informal approach, engaging in conversations around bar leaners and lounge seats rather than hosting a stand.

To spark interaction, delegates were invited to take part in the Gold Star Prize Draw sponsored by Aspec Construction, collecting 12 stars from sponsors for a chance to win $1,000 worth of Air New Zealand flights. The competition was met with great enthusiasm.

Thanks to Ovation Hospitality Services for sponsoring the spectacular Gala Dinner, Educate Plus who sponsored the pre-conference Welcome Drinks, and Cambridge who sponsored the 2025 ISNZ Honours Awards.  Thanks also to Cyclone, Google Education and Shade Systems for sponsoring the refreshments over the two days.

We’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from sponsors, with comments such as “Huge thanks for a fantastic conference! A brilliant programme and extremely well organised event’, and “A great event, pleased to be associated with it’. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our sponsors and partners for their continued support and look forward to collaborating again in Auckland in2026.

To learn more about our sponsors and the services they offer, we encourage schools to visit the sponsorship page on our website.
