We’re seeking a capable and values-driven Attendance Administrator to join our team in Attendance, helping us deliver the high standards and care we’re known for.

Mō te tūranga: About the role

This is a part-time, school term only, fixed term contract, starting on 27th January 2026.
We are after a happy, punctual, and reliable data entry administrator. You will be needed for 2 hours per day (Between 6:30am and 9 am) Monday to Friday.
You’ll be working alongside the Attendance Coordinator to ensure Attendance is recorded daily.
Using the student absence module to ensure that accurate information regarding student absences is available when required and recorded for reporting purposes. Responding promptly and appropriately to internal and external enquiries associated with absences ensuring confidentiality.

A proactive problem solver, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Fast at entering data and accurate. Competent computer user utilising a variety of packages.
A genuine interest in and ability to relate to and interact with a wide variety of people, including students, teachers, and parents.
The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
