Samuel Marsden Collegiate School is seeking a dynamic Business Director to join our Senior Management Team. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategic direction while leading operational excellence across finance, property, IT, procurement, and health and safety — all within a purpose-led, high-trust environment.

Reporting to the Principal and leading a team of seven, you’ll play a key role in delivering long-term sustainability, identifying non-tuition revenue opportunities, overseeing campus development, and enhancing systems and processes to support Marsden’s educational mission.
