Job Description

Saint Kentigern is a leader among independent schools in Australasia, providing a high-quality, values-based Presbyterian education.

Our newly acquired Wilson Bay Campus (a rural and sustainable farm) creates opportunities that reach across our Saint Kentigern community - students, staff, families, alumni, and partners. These opportunities, experiences, and connections will help foster an interconnected community through which students learn to lead with purpose and contribute positively to their communities, country, and beyond.

Wilson Bay Farm marks the beginning of a new chapter - a continuation of our founding purpose: a legacy shaped by faith, made possible by the community, and called forward by a vision too important to ignore. - Develops leadership, teamwork, and responsibility through collaborative and cross-age projects.
- Fosters a sense of belonging to the farm, with awareness of professional pathways in primary industries.

It is intended the curriculum will immerse children from urban schools (Years 4–13) in the applied sciences of farming, aquaculture, energy, water, and food systems, in conjunction with the existing curriculum areas in each of our schools. Through experiential learning, students will connect theory to practice by working directly with land, water, animals, crops, and energy systems.

Key responsibilities include:
- Curriculum Leadership and Strategy
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Experiential Curriculum development
- Validation and Evaluation

The role will combine scientific rigor with outdoor education, ensuring all learning is hands-on, inquiry-driven, and grounded in real-world application. Students will also build leadership, teamwork, and stewardship skills in a faith-based, caring, and collaborative residential environment.
