Deputy Principal - Maungaturoto Campus

We're on the lookout for a Deputy Campus Principal to join our tight-knit Maungaturoto Campus team. Located just outside of Auckland, our recently renovated campus offers a stunning rural setting, modern learning spaces, and the chance to lead with purpose.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within OneSchool Global NZ, one that includes a 0.5 teaching component. Ideal candidates will be subject specialists in Mathematics, Commerce, Technology, or Social Science (other subjects welcome), and will bring a student-centred approach, strong pedagogical understanding, and the drive to support both learners and staff.

Reporting to the Campus Principal, you’ll play a key role in shaping campus operations, driving educational quality, and modelling our self-directed learning framework. You’ll have visibility and influence, both in the classroom and across the wider school community, and be ready to step into full leadership when required.
