Job Description
Are you our new, super- organised Faculty Administrator? We’re looking for someone with the initiative and enthusiasm to support our Arts Faculty across both administrative and hands-on tasks. From managing day-to-day administration and organising trips to sourcing props, coordinating wardrobes, and enhancing the environment of our music practice rooms, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our vibrant Arts curriculum. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support our Drama, Dance, and Music teaching teams so flexibility, initiative, and a can-do attitude are essential. As a confident multitasker, you’ll thrive on the variety this position offers—providing administrative, logistical, and practical support while assisting with our many arts events throughout the year.
You’ll have:
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple staff members.
• Experience with digital tools, including cloud-based applications, and the confidence to learn new systems.
• A friendly, professional approach that aligns with Diocesan’s commitment to service excellence.
• A willingness and ability to support not only administrative tasks, but also the practical organisation of our Arts curriculum, including hands-on assistance.
• Proven skills in proofreading with a commitment to producing high-quality written communication.
This is a school term only position on a fixed-term contract through to December 2025.
