In this busy role you will be supporting our fabulous Te Whare Huia, Futures Thinking and Attendance, so flexibility and prioritisation are key skills here.

As a great multitasker you will enjoy the variety this role offers, providing administrative, logistical and practical support to our teams. This is a part-time position, working School Term Only on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your hours of work would be 4 hours per day across the 5-day week and can be worked between 8:00am – 4:30pm. There would be flexibility in these hours depending on the workload and Faculty priorities and events.

You will have:

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy workl.

• Proactive problem-solving skills.

• Confident communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple teaching staff.

• Digital experience in a range of software including cloud-based applications and the ability to master new systems.

• Current administrative skills within the educational sector, with an understanding of the Academic year and Timetabling systems, is advantageous. Exposure to School Platforms and proficiency in computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
