The Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a collaborative team across marketing, communications, enrolments, events, and development
• Develop and execute integrated strategies that elevate the school’s brand, reputation, and enrolment pipeline
• Oversee all marketing and communication initiatives across digital, print, media, and public relations
• Champion community engagement, donor relations, and alumnae connections
• Drive innovation in enrolment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and alternative income streams
• Advance the strategic vision for development and sponsorship
What You Need to Be Successful
• A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• A visionary leader with a proven track record in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, ideally in education
• A natural storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a passion for community building
• Strong digital, data, and media acumen with a flair for innovation and continuous improvement
• A deep appreciation for education, legacy, and the power of connection
