We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated educator to lead our outstanding Drama and Dance Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to shape and inspire the dramatic arts within a collaborative and supportive school culture.
The successful candidate will:
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning, with a commitment to reflective and innovative practice.
• Lead the Drama and Dance Department and run the co-curricular dance progamme and its staff with vision and enthusiam, fostering creativity and staff and student engagement.
• Direct and produce the annual senior production, a key highlight of the College’s performing arts calendar.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and pedagogy.
• Engage actively in professional development and leadership opportunities supported by the College.
