Marketing & Advancement Lead

Selwyn House School is an independent girls’ school and co-ed Preschool centrally located in Merivale. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Advancement Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal role dedicated to strengthening our school's reputation and ensure our long-term sustainability and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Services, the Marketing & Advancement Lead delivers the initiatives that secure the school’s future through student acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing and Brand Planning
• Digital Marketing
• Student Growth
• Enrolment and Scholarships
• Revenue Diversification (Advancement)

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. We are looking for;

• Proven experience delivering marketing, brand, enrolment, or advancement initiatives, ideally in an education or not-for-profit environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital and traditional marketing, including website management, content creation, and analytics.
• Experience in campaigns or in securing partnerships, sponsorships, or donations.
• Knowledge of fundraising and advancement principles, including donor engagement and relationship management.
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships
• A tertiary qualification in marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting staff to achieve high performance
