An opening has arisen within Saint Kentigern Girls’ School for a Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team in a full time or part time capacity.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Work alongside teachers in a classroom to support learning
• Use a variety of strategies and up-to-date teaching methods
• Assist teachers to prepare and adapt resources
• Collaborate with the team to promote best student outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience supporting learning in mathematics and/or literacy
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to relate effectively to young people, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Willingness to uphold the special character and culture of Saint Kentigern
