Touch Coaches - Premier and Jnr A/Diocesan School for Girls

You'll be:‍

• Leading morning trainings twice a week and coach weekly matches (Premier – Tuesday evenings; Jnr A – Wednesday evenings)
• Building a high-performing team environment through strong communication and leadership
• Creating and implementing tactical game plans and engaging training sessions
• Working collaboratively with the Sports Department and fellow coaches
• Reporting regularly on team and player development

You'll have:‍

• Proven coaching experience in Touch or similar sports
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire and engage young athletes
• Commitment to player development and wellbeing
• Excellent communication with players and families
• A strong commitment to health and Safety

Time Commitment:
Term 3 2025: Team selection & trials – 8 hours
Term 4 2025: Training, games & planning – 24 hours
Term 1 2026: Continued coaching & reporting – 21 hours
Total: 52 hours across two terms (Fixed Term)
