Job Description
This is not your average classroom role. We're looking for someone who can:
- Design and deliver a dynamic, inquiry-based programme
- Confidently implement a theory-based programme such as SOLO Taxonomy, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), or similar frameworks
- Differentiate learning to meet a wide range of student needs and abilities
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in a supportive environment
This role is ideal for an experienced (5+ years) educator who believes in the power of student-led learning and is excited to shape a programme that nurtures independence, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving.
Whether you’re a seasoned teacher looking for a fresh challenge or a passionate innovator ready to make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
